Fruit Leather

Fruit leather is prepared by spreading puréed fruit, sometimes with sugar or honey added, in a very thin layer and allowing it to dry at a low heat. The dried sheets may be cut in strips or rolled up for snacking. Fruit leather is available in most supermarkets or can be made at home.
