Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur


Ingredients
2 cups whipping cream or coffee cream
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cups Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, Scotch or rye whiskey
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
   
Prep Time 5 minutes
1. In blender container, combine whipping cream, EAGLE BRAND®, whiskey, chocolate syrup, coffee, vanilla and almond extracts; blend until smooth.
2. Serve over ice. Store leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator.
 
Homemade Cream Liqueur   Omit Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup, coffee and extracts. Add 1-1/4 cups flavored liqueur (almond, coffee, orange or mint) to EAGLE BRAND® and cream. Proceed as directed above.
 
Tip   For a more blended flavor, store the homemade liqueur in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
