Creamy Hot Chocolate
Makes about 8 cups hot chocolate

Ingredients

(14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
|
|
1/2
|
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
|
|
1-1/2
|
teaspoons vanilla extract
|
|
|
Dash salt
|
|
6-1/2
|
cups water
|
|
|
Miniature marshmallows (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prep Time
|
8 to 10 minutes
|

1. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine EAGLE BRAND®, cocoa, vanilla and salt; mix well. Slowly stir in water. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.

2. Top with marshmallows (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Microwave Method
In 2-quart glass measure, combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Top with marshmallows (optional).

Tip
Leftover Creamy Hot Chocolate can be stored in refrigerator up to 5 days. Mix well and reheat before serving.
