Marinated Tomato Salad
Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

cups cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
|
|

large cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
|
|
1
|
large yellow or red bell pepper, cut into strips
|
|

slices red onion, quartered
|
|

tablespoons balsamic vinegar
|
|

tablespoon olive oil
|
|

teaspoon dried basil
|
|
1/4
|
to 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon garlic powder
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon dried oregano
|

1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.

2. Combine vinegar, oil, basil, onion salt, garlic powder and oregano in small bowl. Pour over vegetables; mix well.
