fudge-covered chocolate sandwich cookies

tablespoon Fluffy White Frosting (recipe follows)

green jelly beans
Red decorating gel
Frost cookies with Fluffy White Frosting, leaving edge of cookie showing. Press jelly beans into frosting to make pupils of eyes. Decorate with red gel to make eyes look bloodshot.
Fluffy White Frosting
Combine 1 (16-ounce) container vanilla frosting and 3/4 cup marshmallow creme in medium bowl; mix well. Makes about 2 cups.
