cups all-purpose flour

cup firmly packed brown sugar

egg, separated
1/2
teaspoon vanilla extract

cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 15-1/2×10-1/2-inch jelly-roll pan; set aside.
In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, flour, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until well blended. Evenly spread dough into prepared pan. With fork, beat egg white slightly. With pastry brush, brush egg white over top of flour mixture; sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and immediately cut into diamonds. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
