Butterscotch Pudding Cake
Makes 12 to 16 servings

Ingredients

package DUNCAN HINES® Moist Deluxe® Yellow Cake Mix
|
|
1
|
(15-3/4-ounce) can prepared butterscotch pudding
|
|
3
|
eggs
|
|
3
|
tablespoons vegetable oil
|
|
1-1/3
|
cups water
|
|
1-1/2
|
cups chopped pecans
|
|
1
|
(12-ounce) package butterscotch chips
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour 13×9-inch pan.
|
|
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Top with pecans and chips. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
