Chocolate-Dipped Matzo
Makes about 1/2 cup coating
Ingredients
1 cup HERSHEY'®S SPECIAL DARK® Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'®S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'®S Milk Chocolate Chips
1 tablespoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)
  Matzos
   
1. Melt chocolate chips with shortening in microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or just until chips are melted when stirred. Cool slightly.
2. Break each matzo into desired size serving pieces. Dip part of each piece into chocolate. Shake gently to remove excess chocolate. Place on wax paper-covered tray. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes.
