Saucy Garden Patch Vegetables


Ingredients
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination, such as broccoli, corn and red bell pepper, thawed and drained
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination, such as brussels sprouts, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 11 minutes
Microwave Directions
Combine soup, sour cream and milk in large bowl. Stir in vegetables, cheese and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Spoon into microwavable 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and mixture is heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until onions are golden.
 
Oven Directions   Prepare vegetable mixture as above. Bake, covered, in 400°F oven 45 minutes or until tender and mixture is heated through. Stir; sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 1 minute.
