Turkey in the Slaw
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) DOLE® Classic Cole Slaw
1-1/2 cups cooked turkey or chicken breast strips
1 can (20 ounces) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 cup DOLE® Red or Green Seedless Grapes, halved
2/3 cup fat free or light honey-dijon salad dressing
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
   
Prep Time 20 minutes
Toss together cole slaw, turkey, pineapple chunks and grapes in large serving bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle almonds over salad.
