Buffalo Chicken Salad Italiano

Ingredients
1/2 cup Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1 pound frozen chicken tenders, thawed
8 cups torn salad greens
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
   
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Marinate Time 20 minutes
1. Combine Wing Sauce and salad dressing in bowl. Pour 1/2 cup mixture over chicken tenders in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
2. Cook chicken on electric grill pan or barbecue grill for 3 to 5 minutes until no longer pink in center.
3. Arrange salad greens, celery and cheese on serving plates. Top with chicken and drizzle with remaining Wing Sauce mixture.
 
Tip   You may substitute 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves for chicken tenders.
