Quick & Easy Chocolate Cake
Makes 12 to 15 servings
Ingredients
1 package (4 ounces) HERSHEY'®S Unsweetened Chocolate Premium Baking Bar, broken into pieces
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1-2/3 cups boiling water
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13×9×2-inch baking pan.
2. Combine chocolate, butter and water in large bowl; with spoon, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Add flour, sugar, sour cream, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla; beat on low speed of mixer until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Frost as desired.
