Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray large loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Beat sugars and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add bananas, egg and egg whites; beat until well blended. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt into medium bowl; stir into banana mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Serve warm, or cool completely.
