Soy Mango Smoothie
Ingredients

cup frozen mango chunks
1
container (6 ounces) low-fat vanilla soy yogurt
1/2
cup orange juice
2
tablespoons honey
1/8
to 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture is smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up chunks. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
